My goal is to not focus on a number on the scale anymore, but to focus on how I feel…I want my size 6 jeans to fit again & to fit me very comfortably, that’s it. In order to reach that goal I will:
Exercise at least 5 x’s a week.
Drink plenty of water.
Journal my food, to stay within my calorie range.
Keep on Sparkin’ with all my Spark friends!
I’m keeping this short, sweet and completely attainable! I can do this!
